Good song, it's stuck in my head. Really creative approach, and cool subject matter. I prefer this to the other palm ad.

Yes I love this ad too! I found more info on the band-- Joanna Gikas's band is called IO Echo and the song is "Doorway". After downloading from itunes I like the full length version of the song even better but the commercial does a great job with 30 seconds. I'm a Sprint gal (AT&T doesn't get reception in my house so I haven't been able to hop on the iPhone bandwagon) and I have been *waiting* for this phone. YAY!

thank you for a name... Joanna Gikas wasn't getting me anything.

the voiceover wasn't good IMO, didn't fit. decent ad though

It's a great concept and a lot more 'hip' they could drag this ad with several celebs if they play it right. Please it's cheaper to cross advertise with two companies than one.

I like the direction the companies are going in and I am loving the Pre.

Nice commercial but did they really have to build a huge set for a commercial in this day and age? On second thought, it probably would cost more to CGI the set. This approach just seems kind of quaint to me.

Ok that's fine and all but where is the damn facebook app for the Palm Pre?

June 7, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterPopo341

Yeah, all that advertising and no app? The web site is great (looks just like the iPhone app) but of course can't integrate with the notification system.

The lady is tone deaf and could not sing if her life depended on it, sorry to be harsh but please...
